The present charge sheet has been filed by PSI,
Vishveshwarapuram Police Station, Bengaluru against accused
for the offences punishable under Section 22(c), 27(a) of NDPS
Act,1985.

2. The brief facts of the case of the prosecution is as
under:
That on 14.08.2023, when CW-1 was in police station, he
received a credible information that a person is selling Narcotic
substance near Nandini Parlour, Makkalakoota Park, PNK Road
and by securing two panchas and along with his staff CW-6 to 8
went to the spot and conducted raid, apprehended accused and
seized 101 grams of Methamphetamine, 10 plastic covers, a
mobile phone and a Honda Activa two wheeler bearing
Reg.No.KA-53-EP-5138 and drawn panchanama, returned to the
police station along with seized articles and registered a case as
Cr.120/2023 for the offences punishable U/s.22(c), 27(a) of
NDPS Act and as the Visa period of accused was lapsed, the
charge sheet was also filed against the accused for the offence
punishable U/s.14 of Foreigners Act.
