1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

2. The instant criminal appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellants impeaching the judgment and order dated 21.06.2008, passed by the 7th Additional Session Judge, Faizabad (now Ayodhya) in Sessions Trial No.382 of 1995 (State Vs. Ram Kumar Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.0135/1992, under Sections 352/34, 504, 506(2), 436/34 I.P.C. at Police Station -Raunahi, District-Faizabad (now Ayodhya), thereby convicting and sentencing the accused-appellants for the offence under Section 436/34 I.P.C. and and to undergo 04 years’ rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs.5000/-. In case of default in payment of fine, they have to undergo Six months’ additional rigorous imprisonment.
