Petitioner has already been granted interim bail, which has been
SPONSORED
extended from time to time. Whereas the petitioner has also laid a challenge
to FIR No. 80/2025 of Police Station Nowshera, Rajouri dated 21.06.2025,
under Sections 8/21/22 NDPS Act, in which, vide order dated 22.07.2025,
the proceedings have been stayed.
In order to get the status of the investigation, let the Investigating
Officer appear in person along with Case-Diary to enable this Court to take a
call on the disposal of both the petitions.

A copy of this order shall be conveyed to the SHO concerned through
the SSP, Rajouri, ensuring its immediate compliance.
