accused No.1 to 3 for the offence punishable u/s 307

read with Sec.34 of IPC in Cr.No.110/2016 before the

24th ACMM, Bengaluru.

2. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as

follows:

That, on 11.02.2016 at about 5.00 p.m.,

complainant by name Smt. K.H.Nagarathna, who was

serving as Teacher in Adhichunchanagiri School was

returning to her home and when she was standing just

by the side of school premises, along with her colleague

teachers by name CW-2-Keerthi and CW-3-Chaitra, by

that time, one unknown person attacked the complainant

by a knife with an intention to cause her death, he tried

to stab her, when complainant managed to escape, she

sustained injury on her neck due to the assault caused

by the said person with a knife, immediately friends of

complainant and other public who witnessed the incident

caught hold said person. Complainant was shifted to

Gayathri hospital for treatment and on the same day she

lodged a written complaint before Vijayanagara police

station, on the basis of said complaint a criminal case

came to registered in Cr.No.110/2016 for the offence

punishable U/s. 307 r/w Sec.34 of I.P.C. IO during the

course of investigation, on the same day of incident

recorded the further statement of complainant and based

on such statement these accused are arraigned as

accused No.1 to 3.
