The Police Sub-Inspector of J.C.Nagara Police
Station submitted charge sheet against accused for
the offence punishable under Section 269 of
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
2. Prosecution Case: The present accused
being accused in a crime No.149/2024 of J.C. Nagar
Police Station for the offences punishable under
Sections 323, 324, 326, 341, 504, 506 of the IPC and
in the said case, he was granted on bail subject to
conditions. After obtaining bail, accused violated the
bail conditions has absconded and remained absent
to court proceedings and did not appear in court.
3. First Information Report: On the basis of
report/first information given by CW1 Sri Vijay
Kumar, HC of J.C.Nagara PS, CW3/PW2 Sri
Sudheendra.K., PSI of J.C. Nagara Police Station
registered Crime No.167/2024 against the accused
for the offence punishable under Section 269 of
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, prepared FIR, sent the
same to the Court and to his superior officers.
