About the Organisers
Hindi Vidya Prachar Samiti’s College of Law, Mumbai, affiliated with the University of Mumbai and approved by the Bar Council of India, is committed to providing quality legal education and promoting advocacy, research, and practical legal skills among students.
The institution regularly organizes academic events such as moot courts, seminars, workshops, and competitions to encourage practical learning and professional development among law students.
Details of the Event
Vidhitaksh Judicium – 1st Inter-College Judgment Writing Competition is organized to develop judgment writing, legal reasoning, and analytical skills among law students. Participants will be provided with a problem/case, and they will be required to write a judgment based on the facts, issues, arguments, and applicable laws.
Eligibility
The competition is open to students currently pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year LL.B. courses from any recognized college or university.
