Vasudev vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 11 March, 2026

1. Present petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of

the constitution of India feeling aggrieved by the impugned order dated
02.02.2026 passed by the Commissioner, Ujjain Division Ujjain (M.P.) in
Case No. 0207/Appeal/2025-26, whereby the learned Commissioner has
affirmed the order dated 8.12.2025 passed by District Magistrate Ujjain in
case no. 233/Externment/2024, by which the petitioner has been externed
from the territorial limits of Districts – Ujjain, Dewas, Indore, Shajapur,

Ratlam, Mandsaur, Dhar and Aagar Malwa for the period of six months
under Section 5 (a) and 5 (b) of the M.P. Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990
(hereinafter referred to as “Adhiniyam, 1990”).
