1. The present Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 528 BNSS
(482 Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of
FIR No. 550/2024, registered at Police Station Hanumangarh
Town, District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable under
Sections 318(4) and 308(2) of BNS, 2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
during investigation in the matter, compromise has been arrived at
between both the parties and they have settled their dispute
amicably.
3. A photocopy of compromise is placed on record.
4. The learned counsel for the complainant does not dispute the
factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.
