1. Issue notice to the respondents returnable within a
period of four weeks.
2. Requisite steps for service within a period of two weeks.
3. List again on 01.06.2026.
4. In the meanwhile, subject to objections and till next
date of hearing before the bench, the operation and effect of
the judgment impugned, insofar as it directs the fixation of
retrial benefits, including gratuity, on the basis of the last pay
drawn by the respondent at the time of superannuation, shall
remain stayed.
