2. The petitioner is judgment debtor No.1.
The 1st respondent is the decree holder and the
2nd respondent is judgment debtor No.2.
3. The 1st respondent/decree holder holds an
award in A.A.No.228 of 2010, dated 30.10.2010.
The same was not honoured by the judgment
debtors. The decree holder filed E.P.No.43 of
2011 in the Court of the Principal District Judge,
Kurnool, for an amount, in total of Rs.11,69,565/-
as on the date of filing of the E.P.
4. The said E.P. has been allowed on
09.12.2024, recording the finding on the point
‘whether the E.P schedule property can be
attached or not”, that the E.P schedule property
was already under attachment and passed the
order, once again to ascertain the real and the
correct value of the property, which was going to
be sold.
