when the matter is called before lunch session, as
the learned counsel for the petitioner advanced the
arguments, Sri Shaik Meeravali, colleague of Sri
Md.Saleem, who is the Standing Counsel for 2nd
respondent Corporation was present. Due to paucity
of time, the matter was adjourned to after lunch
upto 4.00 pm. Thereafter, in the post lunch session
there was no representation for the 2nd respondent
corporation.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the petitioner is an employee in 2nd
respondent Corporation, in view of the discussions
held in District Review Committee (DRC)

Vizianagaram, requested the Commissioner,
Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies, A.P.,
Secretariat, Amaravathi at Velagapudi, to conduct
