Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, filed under Section 34 of

SPONSORED

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks setting aside the Arbitration

Award dated 25.07.2025 amended on 10.09.2026, pertaining to CA No. CE (P)

SPK/22/2015-16 for the work of “Design and Construction of 03 Nos Psc Box

Girder (Using Segmental Precast Concrete Box Girder Configuration) 331.20

Mtr Span Pmt Bridge Over Bein Nallah At Km 32.310 on road Parole-

Korepannu-Rajpura, 300 Mtr Span Major Pmt Bridge Over Tarnah Nallah-li At

Km 10.200 on Road NH1A Channkatriyan-Londi-Bobiya and 160 Mtr Long

Span Pmt Bridge Over Tamah-1 At Km 25.590 On Road Parote-Korepannu

Rajpura including Ssi over Under Project Sampark in J&K State” passed by

sole Arbitrator, Sh. Vinod Sharma, , which is against the public policy and

patently illegal.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable within a period of four weeks,

subject to the filing of requisites within one week.

List on 15.05.2026.

Meanwhile, subject to deposit of entire awarded amount before the

Registry, within the period of six weeks, the impugned award is stayed. The

awarded amount on being deposited shall be secured in FDR, initially, for a

period of six months with periodical renewals, thereafter.
