About the Job
P.S. Davar and Company, is looking to hire a Trademark Attorney with 7+ years of strong, hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, opposition, enforcement, and portfolio management.
Eligibility
- Well-versed in Indian and international trademark laws
- Skilled in client advisory, strategic trademark protection, and litigation support
- Adept at handling complex IP matters, managing trademark portfolios, and representing clients before authorities.
- Experience Required: 7+ years in Trademark Law
