2. Mr. S.Sen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that they
may be given the same benefits of the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

3. Mr. S.P.Mahanta, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. M.Lyngdoh,
learned counsel for the respondents No. 4 & 5, though having reservations,
in view of the fact that the proceedings have since concluded and the
petitioner is to make the requisite deposits as per the demand, however, in
view of the pendency of the collateral matter before the Hon’ble Supreme
Court, it is ordered that the benefit of the order dated 16-02-2026, shall also
apply to the petitioner.
