This application has been filed for restoration of Review Petition No.
286/2025, which was dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 23/4/2025, by
formal order of Principal Registrar dated 19/6/2025.
2. I.A. No. 1715/2026 has been filed for condonation of delay.
3. Since the grounds for condonation of delay and restoration are identical,
therefore, both the prayers shall be considered jointly.
4. It is not out of place to mention here that this application for restoration
