Telangana government’s revenue from property registrations rises 3% in November 2024 – ET RealEstate

HYDERABAD: The Telangana govt registered growth in revenue through property registrations in Nov. According to the chief minister’s office, while the revenue through property registrations was 1,127 crore from 1.05 lakh documents in Nov last, the registration department received 1,160 crore from 1.19 lakh documents this Nov.

Compared to the previous year, the growth in documents increased by 13%, with about 3% growth in revenue.

In HMDA limits, 625 documents were registered in just two days, which fetched 21 crore in revenue for govt.

Most of the income was generated through residential house registrations, officials said.
