The Telangana BJP knocked on Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan’s door on Tuesday and complained about the suspension of its three party MLAs from the entire budget session.
The party has submitted a memorandum to the governor and sought her intervention.
Freedom of Speech and Expression doesn’t exist in Telangana.

On the other hand, Bharatiya Janata Party Telangana unit president and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar has announced a statewide protest.
“This episode clearly shows that it was the Kalvakuntla Constitution which was in force in the state and not the Constitution drafted by Dr B R Ambedkar,” Kumar said.
He said that the BJP legislators were suspended without any provocation.
“What was their mistake? Is it wrong on their part to demand that the assembly should be run on democratic lines and as per the Constitutional norms?” he asked.
He claimed that BJP legislators had neither stalled the proceedings of the House nor had they created any troubles for any members. “Yet, they were suspended for the rest of the session.’’
He alleged that it was a ‘’pre-planned’’ move of CM KCR who wanted to keep BJP away.
‘’It was nothing but foolish on the part of the chief minister,” he said.

Sanjay Kumar also recalled the Supreme Court verdict where it had pulled up the Maharashtra government for suspending 12 MLAs for a period of one year and announced that the party will ‘’fight the decision in the court of law and also in the people’s court, till he comes down on his knees.”
Union minister and Secunderabad MP Kishan Reddy too reacted to the episode and found ‘’blatant disregard with which KCR is violating & humiliating constitutional conventions’’.
He also questioned the state government’s decision to do away with the governor’s address at the beginning of the Budget Session.
KCR is on a mission mode to trample democratic rights & ideals.
Suspension of our 3 @BJP4Telangana MLAs for tirelessly fighting to defend our constitutional values in Telangana & for questioning the abandonment of the customary Governor’s address, is strongly condemned! pic.twitter.com/bEnhrmg0ik

Three Telangana BJP MLAs, T Raja Singh, M Raghunandan Rao and Etela Rajender, were suspended from the assembly on Monday, March 7. The motion to suspend them was moved by the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party minister, Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
The three BJP MLAs wanted to organise a protest against the budget and the ruling TRS party, as they chose not to schedule the customary governor’s speech at the beginning of the budget session.
