3. The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, ‘the Act’) seeking
appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties
under the Loan Agreement dated 24.09.2023 bearing no.
TCFBL0386000012336909.

4. Clause 9 of the said agreement is the arbitration clause. The clause

5. The disputes having arisen between the parties, the petitioner invoked
arbitration by giving a notice dated 03.02.2026 in terms of Section 21 of the
Act which did not elicit any response, therefore, the petitioner has
approached this Court by way of present petition.

6. For the reasons mentioned above, issue notice to the respondent by all
permissible modes, returnable on 01.04.2026.
