1. The present restoration application has been filed for
recalling of the orders dated 12.08.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate
Bench of this Court, as well as the consequential order dated

2. Heard.
3. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the
same is allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-
which is to be paid to the Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority
within a period of four weeks.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by a Co-
ordinate Bench of this Court, as well as the consequential order
dated 02.12.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) in S.B. Civil
First Appeal No.486/2022, are hereby recalled.
5. S.B. Civil First Appeal No.486/2022 is restored to its original
number. Office is directed to proceed further.
