1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 30/2021 of
PS Daryaganj for offence under Section 364A/377/419/347/120B IPC and
Section 25/27 Arms Act on medical grounds.
2. Learned Prosecutor accepts notice.
3. Looking into the nature and extent of illness mentioned in the
application, Superintendent of the concerned Jail is directed to produce the
accused/applicant along with his medical records before Medical
Superintendent of AIIMS Delhi for thorough medical examination and for
issuance of independent medical report. For the needful, a copy of this order
be sent to the Jail Superintendent.
