3. The petitioner was convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO

Act and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life. He prays for

suspension of sentence.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner says that the petitioner

is in custody for more than ten years five months, taking together

the pre-conviction and post-conviction period of detention. He says

that there are several loopholes in the prosecution case and in the

judgment and order under appeal. His prayer should be allowed.
