Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners in paragraph no. 1 of the present
writ petition have sought, inter alia, the following relief(s),
which is reproduced hereinafter:-
“A. To hold that the Land Acquisition
proceeding with respect to the land in question bearing
Land Acquisition Case No. 35/2022-21 has since elapsed as
the possession still vests with the petitioners.
