1. The present criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner against
the impugned order dated 01.04.2025, passed by learned Family
Court, Baloda Bazar, in MCRC No. 324 of 2024, whereby the total
amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month has been granted as maintenance
amount in favour of the present respondents, who are the wife and
children of the petitioner, which is payable from the date of
application i.e. 04.11.2024.
