This petition is filed by the Petitioner against
Respondent No.1 and 2 under Sec.166 of M.V.Act 1989
for the relief of compensation of Rs.60,00,000/- with
interest.
2. The petition averments briefly stated as under;
That on 03.05.2024 at about 8.15 p.m. she was
proceeding as a pillion rider on Yamaha Motor Cycle
bearing Reg. No.AP-40-S-7339 being driven by her friend
near Area Hospital, Nagari, Chennai – Tirupathi Road,

Chittoor District, AP, at that time, a driver of Cheverlet
Tavera Car bearing Reg. No.TN-22-DD-2272 came at high
speed in rash and negligent manner and dashed against
the petitioner’s motor cycle, due to the said impact
petitioner sustained grievous injuries. Immediately after
the accident, petitioner was shifted to Government
Hospital, Nagari, thereafter referred to Amara Hospital,
Tirupathi and took treatment as inpatient and spent a
sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards treatment, medicine,
conveyance etc.,
