These petitions have been filed under Section 25 of

the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”). The

petitioner is the wife of the respondent.

The petitioner has filed these transfer petitions seeking

the following reliefs:

“a. Allow the instant Transfer Petition and transfer
the proceedings emanating out of (i) Family Misc.
Case No.392 of 2024 (CNR: RJJM18-001843-2024] titled
as “Ajay Singh Meena Vs. Sunita Rawat” filed by
the respondent herein, and (ii) Family Misc. Case
No.297 of 2025 (RJJM18-003057-2025] titled as
“Sunita Rawat Vs. Ajay Singh Meena” filed by
the petitioner herein, both presently pending before
the Ld. Family Court No.3, Jaipur Metropolitan-I,
Rajasthan, to the court of competent jurisdiction in
Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh;

b. Pass such other or further order(s) as this
Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case.”

Shri Ambhoj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the

respondent submitted that although he has filed Vakalatnama

His submission is placed on record. In the circumstances,

we have heard learned counsel for the petitioner only.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

on perusal of the material on record, we find that the

petitioner has made out a case for transfer of the

aforesaid petition(s).

In the result, the transfer petitions are allowed and

proceedings emanating out of (i) Family Misc. Case No.392

of 2024 (CNR: RJJM18-001843-2024] and (ii) Family Misc.

Case No.297 of 2025 (RJJM18-003057-2025] pending before

the Family Court No.3, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Rajasthan,

are ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent

jurisdiction at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.

Registry to communicate this order to the transferor as

well as the transferee courts for taking steps in

accordance with this order.
