As per the status report, out 24 enlisted prosecution witnesses, only 05
prosecution witnesses have been examined. 19 prosecution witnesses are yet to be
examined. The trial Court states that the trial would take one to two years to
conclude considering the pendency of criminal cases.

This third application has been filed by the applicant under Section 483
of BNSS, 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No. 431/2023 registered
at Police Station – Ringnod(M.P.) for offence punishable under Sections 8/15,29
& 25 of NDPS Act. Applicant is in judicial custody since 23.11.2023.
