The Plaintiff had filed this suit against the defendants for

the relief of partition of suit schedule property by metes and

bounds and to allot the plaintiff her 1/3 rd share by directing

the defendants to put the plaintiff in possession and enjoyment

of the schedule property, failing which this court to put the

plaintiff in possession her share in the suit schedule property at

the expenses of the plaintiff; To cancel the registered

relinquishment deed dated 16.11.2011 as null and void and

further to pass consequential relief of permanent injunction

restraining the defendants, agents, servants, successors in

interest, legal representatives, heirs, purchasers or any body

claiming through him, from interfering with plaintiffs peaceful

possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property. Mesne

profits from the date of the suit till possession is delivered to the

O.S. No.5782/2016

plaintiff and grant such other relief in the interest of justice and

equity.
