This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of

Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”). The petitioner is the

wife of the respondent.

The petitioner has filed this transfer petition seeking

the following reliefs:

“a. Allow this petition and transfer petition
bearing HMA No.798 of 2024, (CNR
No.RJKT0D0018622024) titled “Hemant Kumar Gauttam
Vs. Sukanya Goutham” filed by the respondent under
Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, pending in
the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court, Kota,
Rajasthan to the court of Ld. Judge, Family Court,
Rangareddy, Telangana; and

b. Pass such other orders in favour of the petitioner
and against the respondent, as are deemed fit and
appropriate in the interest of justice.”

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the respondent.

case for transfer of the aforesaid petition.

In the result, the transfer petition is allowed and

transfer petition bearing HMA No.798 of 2024, (CNR

No.RJKT0D0018622024) pending in the Court of Judge, Family

Court, Kota, Rajasthan is ordered to be transferred to the

Court of Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy, Telangana.

However, liberty is reserved to the respondent to appear

before the Court in the aforesaid matter either in person or

through video conferencing facility. If such a request is

made, the Court shall make available video conferencing

facility to the respondent herein.

Registry to communicate this order to the transferor as

well as the transferee courts for taking steps in accordance

with this order.
