1. Story of the prosecution is that on 01.07.2011 vide
DD no.69B an information was received that one unconscious
man from the Punjabi Bag Metro Station has been taken to SGM
hospital by the PCR van. It was found that said person was
declared dead. His name was revealed as Kanhiya Dey. His body
was recovered in an injured condition. Besides other injuries
there was bullet injury present on his person.
2. During investigation it was found that deceased was
working in Scientific Security Management Services P. Ltd. E-1
Mansarovar Garden as Assistant for the last four years and he
was supplying uniform and other articles to the Guards.
