1. This criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellant-State
laying a challenge to the judgment of acquittal dated 29.04.2005
passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast
Track, Rajsamand (in short, ‘Trial Court’), in Sessions Case
No.11/05 (13/05) (State of Rajasthan Vs. Deepsingh & Ors.),
whereby the accused-respondents, were acquitted of the charges
against them under Sections 365 & 302/34 IPC, while extending
them the benefit of doubt.
