Present government appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 01.03.2025 passed in Sessions Trial No. 40 of 2017 (State of U.P. vs. Gul Bahar and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 474 of 2016, under sections 376D, 120B IPC and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Daurala, District Meerut.
