RE: Criminal Misc. Delay Condonation Application
1. Heard Sri Rahul Asthana, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application.
2. Vide order dated 1.5.2025, notice was issued to the sole respondent on delay condonation application. As per office report dated 23.7.2025, notice has been served telephonically through whatsapp mobile number mentioned in the report.
3. No one is present on behalf of the sole respondent. In such view of the matter, service of notice on the sole respondent is deemed to be sufficient.
4. There is delay of 87 days in filing the appeal. No counter affidavit has been filed.
