We have heard learned standing counsel for the
petitioner-State of Rajasthan and learned senior counsel,
Mr. Kapil Sibal for the respondents in the Special Leave
Petitions as well as on I.A. No.130487/2023.
Having regard to the prayers sought for by the
respondents in the application, we find that in the first
instance a direction ought to be issued to the petitioner-
State of Rajasthan to provide the addresses, survey numbers
etc. of the properties which are listed in Annexure-R1
dated 28.07.2014 which is a notice issued under Section 6
of the Rajasthan Escheats Act, 1956 and Rule 5 of the
Rajasthan Escheats Rules, 1957. For immediate reference,
