appellant for interim bail on the ground that his
daughter is appearing in the HSC Examination, 2026
which is scheduled to be held from 19.02.2026 to
02.03.2026.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and
learned counsel for the State-Respondent.
3. The appellant has been convicted for the
offence punishable under sections 302 of the Indian
Penal Code and sentenced to undergo imprisonment
for life and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
thousand), in default, to undergo R.I. for six months
for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal
Code by the learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur in
C.T. Case No.61/2011 (Comp No.196/2015) (Arising
out of G.R. Case No.809/2010 corresponds to
Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.258/2010).
