i. The writ petition is allowed.
ii. The impugned detention order dated
30.08.2025 passed by the respondent
No.2, the order of approval dated
04.09.2025 and the order of confirmation
dated 09.10.2025 passed by the
respondent No.1, are hereby quashed.

detenue at liberty forthwith if his
