It’s official, and it’s ugly: Tottenham Hotspur are now winless in all domestic competitions in 2026, marking the worst start to a calendar year in the club’s history.

And the deeper you look, the worse it gets.

A Historic Low for Spurs

North London is turning increasingly red, and Spurs look like a side out of answers.

A crushing 3-0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday only added to the chaos — another blow in what is quickly becoming a full-blown collapse.

The result stretched Tottenham’s winless Premier League run to 13 matches, leaving them 17th in the table, just one point above the relegation zone.

There’s an almost surreal contrast to last season.

Tottenham lifted European silverware under Ange Postecoglou, only for the Australian to be shown the door after a poor league finish.

For a club that has spent nearly five decades in the top flight, the threat of relegation is nnow no longer theoretical. It’s real.

Form, Confidence and Everything Missing

Their loss to Forest wasn’t just another defeat; it was their heaviest home loss of the 2025/26 season.

Worse still, it came against direct relegation rivals, underlining a worrying trend: Spurs are faltering when it matters most.

They’ve now taken just 30 points from 31 league games — their joint-lowest tally at this stage of a campaign, matching a record that dates all the way back to 1914/15.

For context, this is also the ninth-richest club in world football, according to Deloitte.

Pressure Mounts on Tudor

The heat is rising on interim boss Igor Tudor.

Brought in to steady the ship after Thomas Frank’s departure, Tudor has instead overseen five defeats in his first seven matches in charge across all competitions.

What Happens Next?

With the international break offering a brief pause, Spurs’ hierarchy has a massive call to make: stick with Tudor or twist before it’s too late.

Next up is a tricky trip to Sunderland on April 12: a fixture that suddenly feels like a must-win.
