Mr. M.U. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submits that an affidavit showing the factum of delivery of notice upon the
sole respondent has been filed. As per the affidavit, the notice was
delivered upon the respondent on 04.02.2026. However, there is no
appearance on behalf of the respondent when the matter is called today.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that
the petitioner and respondent have been asked to appear before the Trial
Court on 15th April, 2026, to explore the possibility of mediation between
the parties.
