[1] Heard Mr. M. Bimolchandra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

[2] The petitioner approaches this Court by an application under
Section 482 of BNSS for releasing her on bail in connection with FIR No. 335(10)
2025 IPS U/s 409/471/368 IPC.

[3]            Issue notice.

[4]            Mrs. RK. Emily, learned Dy. GA assisting Mr. Y. Ashang, learned

PP accept notice on behalf of respondent no. 1.

[5] Petitioner is directed to take steps on the respondent no. 2 by
speed post within 1(one) week and file affidavit of proof of service.

[6] The learned PP prays for 2(two) week’s time for filing objection.

[7] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interim bail
may be granted to the petitioner till the next date. However, Mr. Y. Ashang,
learned PP has objection to the prayer for interim bail on the ground that the
petitioner herein has admitted collections of money from the complainant and
others and handing over fake appointment letters to the complainant and others.
[8] The prayer for interim will be considered on the next date.
