1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :-
“Direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya to decide Suit No. 627 of 2024 (Smt. Madhu Devi @ Sonam Vs. Jeetu Yadav), under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act within stipulated period, in accordance with law.”
3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act are pending since 2024. It has been further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that appropriate directions be issued to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya seized with the proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act to decide the same within a stipulated time or in a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
