1. By way of this Transfer Petition, the petitioner is
seeking transfer of the Custody Petition G.O.P. No.
16/2015, titled “SIVA PRASAD DONTHAMSETTY VS SMT. ARAVINTHU
ARASU” from the Family Court Judge at Salem, Tamil Nadu to
the Court of competent jurisdiction at Bangalore,
Karnataka, which relates to the custody of his minor son
who is presently aged about 16 years and is staying with
the petitioner since the year 2019.
2. The said proceedings have been stayed by this Court
vide order dated 27.02.2019 and the respondent had been
served with the notice however, she has not entered
appearance. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner.
