against the judgment of conviction dated 18.11.2025 and order
of sentence dated 21.11.2025 passed by the learned District
and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in
Sessions Trial No.431 of 2022/CIS- 431/2022, arising out of
Bheja Police Station Case No.48 of 2021, under Sections
341/34, 323/34, 307/34, 504/34, 324/34, 325/34, 506/34,
302/34 of the IPC, District-Madhubani, convicting and
