Heard Mr. S. Pandit, learned counsel, who has submitted that this
application under Section 483 BNSS read with Section 37 of the NDPS Act
for grant of bail has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, who was arrested
on 03.09.2025 in connection with ANTF P.S. Case No. 10 (09) 2025 under
Section 22(c)/25/29 NDPS Act.
Ms. Z.E. Nongkynrih, learned GA has sought for accommodation
on the ground that the conducting GA, Mr. R. Gurung, is indisposed for the
day.
