1. Our order dated 23.3.2026 reads thus:-
“I.A. No.277367/2025
1. The appellant is undergoing life imprisonment
past thirteen years. He prays for bail, pending the
final disposal of his Criminal Appeal before us.
2. We want the State to file a short affidavit
furnishing the details about his overall jail
conduct and whether he is facing any other trial as
on date or whether he is undergoing any sentence in
connection with any other offence.
3. List after two weeks.”
2. In pursuance of our order, referred to above, the
State has filed an affidavit duly affirmed by the
Deputy Secretary, Government of Kerala, Law Wing,
stating as under:-
