Petitioner, through the medium of this petition seeks quashment of
order No. 05-JKPCC of 2026 dated 06.01.2026 issued by respondent No. 3
with further direction to the respondent to process the request of the
petitioner for grant of consent under Section 25/26 of the Water (Prevention
and Control of Pollution Act), 1974 and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention
and Control of Pollution Act), 1981.
Heard.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of four
weeks, subject to the filing of requisites within one week.
