2. The instant appeal has been preferred on behalf of
the appellants for setting aside the order dated 18.07.2022
passed in A.B.P. No. 1413 of 2022 by the learned Additional
Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act, Araria
in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 13 of
2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149,
341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 452, 427, 504 and 506 of the
Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r) of SC/ST (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail has

been rejected.
