1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party and Sri Rahul Mishra, learned counsel, who has filed power on behalf of opposite party no.2 and 3, which is taken on record.
2. Instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of the B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to quash the proceedings of Criminal Misc. Case No.721/2025 (State Vs. Munnu Farid and others) arising out of FIR No.0352/2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 435 and 324 IPC lodged at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur, to quash the charge-sheet dated 31.01.2021 filed in the aforesaid FIR as well as to quash the order dated 24.07.2025 by means of which the applicants have been summoned on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement/compromise and the settlement/compromise has been verified.
