2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :-
“i) Issue an order, direction and directing the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Azamgarh to decide the 7C2 application filed in Case No. 273 of 2021 (Qaisar Jahan & others vs. Shafiuzzama & another), which is pending before Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Azamgarh within some stipulated period.
