About the Job
JSA is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – Real Estate at its Bengaluru office.
The role involves working on real estate and transactional matters, including due diligence, property record review, and drafting of legal documents.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience with Tier 1 law firm(s)
- Proficiency in English and Kannada
- Experience in real estate and transactional work
Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence
- Review property records
- Draft transactional documents related to real estate matters
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
