Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised SEDEMAC Mechatronics and certain selling shareholders on its INR 1,087 crore IPO. Trilegal acted as the domestic counsel to the book running lead managers and JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised the investor selling shareholders on this transaction.
ICICI Securities, Avendus Capital and Axis Capital are the BRLMs to the issue.
The offer was priced at INR 1,352 per equity share and included a reservation for eligible employees of the company. The shares were listed and began trading on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on March 11, 2026.
The IPO of SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited was structured entirely as an offer for sale, with existing shareholders offloading their stake as part of the transaction. As a result, the company did not receive any proceeds from the offering, with the issue primarily aimed at enabling liquidity and partial exits for investors.
CAM also advised certain selling shareholders, including Manish Sharma (promoter selling shareholder) and Ashwini Amit Dixit (promoter group selling shareholder), on Indian law aspects related to the offer for sale.
CAM’s transaction team was led by partners head capital markets Manan Lahoty and Anshul Roy with support from principal associate Rishav Buxi and associates Anuj Gupta, Niharika Payannavar, Hitesh Nagpal, Aditya Maheshwari and Chinmay Jumde.
