Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the
controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands
resolved by a coordinate Bench order of this Court dated
19.03.2021 passed in the case of Piyush Patidar & Ors. versus
State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition
No.13173/2019 & other connected matters and modified by a
Division Bench of this Court vide its judgment dated 04.01.2022
passed in DB Special Appeal Writ No.515/2021: State of
Rajasthan & Ors. versus Piyush Patidar & Ors. preferred
thereagainst by the State. They, therefore, pray that these writ
petitions may also be disposed of in similar terms.
Ordered accordingly.
